Casa Campbell - Pedregal - Ocean View Villa
This stunning villa is set atop the cliffs of the exclusive gated community of Pedregal de Cabo San Lucas. Casa Campbell is a luxurious blend of Arabian palace and Spanish Colonial hacienda. The exterior of the villa features Moorish-style windows and arches with white walls and splashes of red terracotta roofing. Lush green palm trees dot the landscape, with the beautiful blue Pacific in the background.
At the entrance, bougainvillea frames the large wooden doorway. The interior is spacious, with an open design that connects the kitchen, living, and dining areas. The home is bright and welcoming. Brilliant natural sunlight filters through the windows and into the cozy indoor dining nook. There is a large kitchen with modern appliances and an island featuring a casual dining area. Throughout the villa simple white walls are accented by warm saltillo tiles, rich wood-beamed ceilings, and colorful Mexican décor.
The master bedroom features a beautiful fairytale canopy bed, plush chaise lounge, and terrace overlooking the Pacific. The ensuite bathroom has an amazing rock bath with multiple shower heads above, creating the feel of a private grotto. There are two other beautifully decorated suites with King size beds and ensuite baths. There is also a casita apartment with two twin or King sized bed, making Casa Campbell perfect for families.
Palatial columns support archways along the villa’s expansive covered terrace. Set next to the large Jacuzzi there is a cozy outdoor dining area with a gas BBQ. Other lounging areas feature plush sofas and wooden rocking chairs – perfect spots to relax while marveling at the amazing views and breathtaking sunsets. From the terrace, stairwells lead down to the large open deck, with a beautifully-tiled infinity pool and picturesque fountain. Set on the Pedregal cliffs, Casa Campbell features some of the most amazing panoramic vistas in Los Cabos. Admire the endless views of the Pacific, or witness the beauty of the Land’s End rock formations and the azure Sea of Cortez behind them.
