This 5-bedroom/4-bath 3-level Beachfront Villa has the Sea of Cortez in its front yard, and sand coming up to the private swimming pool, swim up bar, and shaded patio.
It has an excellent location on the beach between San Jose and Cabo San Lucas - 5 minute walk from the world-famous surf break "Zippers", and is close to restaurants, shopping, and town.
The ground-level suitehas 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. There is a queen size bed in the ocean view master bedroom and a full bed in the second bedroom. There is a quaint palapa (palm frond) covered patio which is just steps away from the surf and the fabulous white sand Costa Azul beach. This suite is about 800 sq. feet.
The second-floor suite provides the perfect setting for 2 couples or a family. With approximately 1300 sq. ft. the Sunrise Suite has 2 bedrooms (1 queen and 2 single beds) and 2 full baths. It also has plenty of room for entertaining, indoors, or out on the spacious balcony, where the beach and surf are always in view.
The third-floor suite is a studio with adjoining living area and breakfast nook. Its elevated seclusion comes with a panoramic view of the ocean and beach. With a queen bed and full bath, the Birdnest is approx. 550 sq. ft.. It features 2 unique brick dome ceilings reminiscent of an ancient Spanish Cathedral. There is also a twin size cot for a pinch.
Each level is access from outside the house making it the perfect set up for 3 families or families with teens requiring some privacy.
