The exterior of the home is impressive, with a large stone column and entrance stair decorated with colorful tiles. The red tile roof and awnings, arched doorways, and intricate tile work throughout are reminiscent of southern Spain. Elements of Pueblo Revival architecture are visible in the flat rooftops and tiered structure of the exterior, showcasing a unique blend of Mexican colonial design.

Crisp white walls throughout the interior create a bright and spacious ambiance. The warm Mexican décor is complimented by colorful Saltillo floors, and decorative tile work. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and also features a small breakfast bar for casual dining. There is a more formal dining area adjacent to the kitchen, as well as a fully furnished living room with a flat-screen TV.

The outdoor patio has an elevated Jacuzzi, sun pool, lounge chairs, and a stainless steel BBQ, all surrounded by lush palm trees and bright flowers. Three terraces at the front of the house provide a glimpse of the brilliant blue Ocean beyond the hills of Pedregal. Near the house there is a beautiful park with large trees, cacti, fountains, and benches throughout.
