Villa Amber - Pedregal - Ocean View Villa
Villa Amber is located on the prestigious Pacific Side of Pedregal just minutes away from both the beach and downtown Cabo San Lucas. What makes this home spectacular and unique is the 6000 square feet of deck space with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean.

This property is comprised of 2 master suites on the main/pool level and two guest suites in a separate lockable apartment. The 2 master suites, along with the living room, dining room and kitchen have pocket doors that open right up to the spacious deck area.

This villa is partially handicapped accessible. Main Floor is all one level allowing for easy manueverability, but there are no special handholds etc.

No Children under 5 please.

2 Cots available to sleep 2 Children for a Max of 8 adults and 2 children.
