Perched high on the cliffs of the secure, prestigious, gated community of Pedregal sits Villa Land's End. This unique 10,000 sq ft multilevel home was designed to incorporate the hill side on which it is built. The stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and Land's End from almost every room in the house are arresting. This is the perfect villa for a very special getaway and one of the best locations on land to watch the whales swim by.

On the entry/top level of the house is the main living area. The formal dining room, gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, and living room with a custom designed, wrap around sofa.

Each of the 7 bedrooms has gorgeous linens. Five of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The master suite is on the pool level and is spectacular with sheer white fabric draped from the wrought iron bed posts, one way glass looking out onto the pool area from the heart shaped bath tub, sitting area and huge walk-in closet. The 6th and 7th bedrooms are on the bottom level and have the natural rock from the hill side incorporated into the rooms. The 6th bedroom has a king size bed which sits in an area carved into a huge boulder. The 7th bedroom has 2 twins.

There are two outdoor bar areas. One (which is directly off the dining room) has a large gas barbecue and a lovely outdoor fountain on the wall.

7 night minimum and 25% premium for Thanksgiving,

$1950 event charge (Weddings, large parties, large dinners, etc. at which more people will be at the house than the number of guests who are staying at the villa)

A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation, the balance 30 days before arrival. Dates can be changed until 30 days before arrival, there are no refunds.

Check in no earlier than 2pm, check out no later than 11am.
