This beautiful 4-bedroom Villa is located in the gated community of Pedregal in Cabo San Lucas.  Exquisitely decorated with hand-painted tile the property provides both comfort and the feel of Mexico.   It commands some of the most impressive views of the Baja Cape from the Pacific Ocean to the Sea of Cortez, and the mountains inland.

The top level is comprised of a large master bedroom with its own bathroom which contains one of the nicest bathtubs you’ll find anywhere.  Dual doors open into a second room that can act as a sitting room or study off the master, or if you need it can also be another bedroom.  Both rooms have domed ceilings and fireplaces and open onto a patio through French windows.  There is another full bathroom with shower on this level.

An elegant staircase takes you down to a spacious living area, which incorporates kitchen, bar, dining room, and two living areas.  One of these is set up to watch satellite TV.  A door off the kitchen opens to a utility room that houses a washer and dryer.

Glass doors open onto the patio and pool area, the pool itself is a semi-circular and provides a vantage point to view the surrounding oceans, city, and mountains.

The lowest level has 2 more bedrooms which are very private, both rooms have twin  beds that can serve as kings.  They also have their own bathrooms and share a cloister like patio.
