This
3 bedroom and 3 1/2 bathroom house is situated in the Cabo Bello sub-division
just outside of Cabo San Lucas. The
community is very safe with 24 hour security at the front gates. Entry
to the house through the front door brings you mid-level onto a circular
staircase between 2 floors. The
top level has the main living area with a fully equipped kitchen decorated
in tile and mature pine. There
is a breakfast bar with 4 stools that separates the kitchen form the
dining area. The dining area
has a round table, which accommodates 6 people comfortably.
The living area is completed with sofas and chairs, stereo, and
satellite TV (US DirecTV). One
of the bedrooms is on this upper floor.
It has a king sized bed under a domed roof with ceiling fan and a
private balcony looking down onto the pool.
The ensuite bathroom has a bath and separate shower. The
two other bedrooms are on the lower floor.
The first also has a king sized bed and its glass doors open out
onto the patio where the pool and spa are located.
Its bathroom has both bath and shower. The
third bedroom has a pair of single beds and also has glass doors that give
access to the pool patio; the attached bathroom has a shower.
The pool is heated and has 4 tiled seats, great for keeping cool,
there is also a palapa shade if you want to stay out of the sun.
