Casa de la Jolla offers enjoys some of the best views of the Sea of Cortez in the area from Punta Gorda to Punta Palmilla.  There is plenty to enjoy on this property whether it is one of the amenities the 10,000 sq foot villa offers or the ¾ acre of lush tropical gardens and large pool area.  

The villa has been recently updated with ceiling fans and zoned air-conditioning units.  The great room has a vaulted ceiling and opens out onto the lower terrace and pool.  There are several sun-beds and patio furniture to make your out door experience enjoyable and comfortable.  The large pool contains an inbuilt spa and there is a Jacuzzi on the level below.  This level is also where the exercise and games room can be found.  For the competitive guest foosball, table-tennis and pool tables are provided, as well as a wet-bar, fridge, sauna and steam room.  There is also croquet set for play on the lawn above.

The main house is 2 levels with 4 bedrooms each with a separate bathroom.  The 5th bedroom has a queen bed and is off the kitchen and shares a bathroom with the rest of the lower floor.  The kitchen is fully equipped with Viking and Sub-zero appliances and opens onto a formal dining area.  Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, including one master bedroom and a den with satellite TV, VCR and a collection of movies and books.
