During a time where demand for the Club is minimal, we’re taking the opportunity to give our staff some well-deserved vacation and our contractors the time they need to perform required maintenance and improvement projects so we can serve you better in the fall. Organic Market At The Club
Local Farmers are at The Club on Thursdays!
Local farmers bring a wide assortment of fruits and organic vegetables so you can be “farm to table” in your own home. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, make sure they know and most likely they can add it the following week. As we grow, so do their offerings.
They arrive at 8:30am and stay until 12:30pm. Stop by!

After a long flight or even a short one, isn’t it wonderful to walk into your home and find a bottle of wine or champagne chilled to the perfect temperature waiting to be uncorked? Perhaps a cheese and fruit plate, charcuterie, something sweet? Tortilla Chips? Fresh Salsa and Guacamole? Anejo Tequila? We’ll help you decide what fits best and make it happen.
The Perfect Dinner At Home
Would you like to plan the perfect dinner in the privacy of your own home? We can help with your menu, wine pairings, perhaps a signature cocktail from our mixologist? That dessert you must have? Music? We can cater from two to fifty or more. Let us help you build a memorable evening as the sun sets over the Sea of Cortes. You can relax while we take care of every aspect.

Our Staff
Edson Arce
General Manager
Edson Arce has broad experience in the hospitality field, previously managing the Ledge Restaurant as well as beach and pool operations at The Cape Hotel here in Los Cabos. He has worked across Mexico during his career including the One and Only Palmilla and the Rosewood San Miguel de Allende. He has a passion for excellent service and understands how to build a team and culture to deliver it. Edson is a runner, a tequila expert and a wine lover.
Juan Eumir
Executive Chef
Meet Chef Juan Eumir, formerly a private chef to many Hollywood stars. Juan stresses spontaneous creativity in the kitchen and like many chefs, he inherited his intuition in seasoning and ingredients from his mother.
He gained significant recognition in Mexico and the United States, including being named the College of Culinary Arts Le Cordon Bleu Chef of the Year.
Desiree Giordano
Member Services
Desiree Giordano will help customize your experiences at The Club to make your time here memorable. She can also help you and your guests as you explore the beauty of Los Cabos and the East Cape. Desiree was in the hospitality business here in Los Cabos, but originally is from Rome, Italy. She can converse with you in Italian, Spanish, English or a little French, whichever you choose.
